The healthy mama Mix
1/4 cup Frozen Pineapple
1/2 cup Frozen Banana
1/3 cup Yogurt
6oz Boost It Up!

Glowing Green Smoothie Recipe

One bunch or handful spinach
One bunch or handful fresh kale
One kiwi
One Peach
One Banana
Add a little water (or Boost It Up!) and ice cubes

Protein Power Pregnancy Breakfast

1 cup Boost It Up!
1 small banana or 3/4 cup of your favorite berries
2 tbsp flax, freshly ground (helps with constipation and provides omega-3s)
1 tbsp hemp seed nut, hemp protein, or psyllium husk (for fiber)
1 tbsp wheat germ (for B vitamins)
3 (200-milligram) fish oil capsules (break and use oil)

1 cup organic whole milk {or milk of choice}
1 raw medjool date
1 tbsp peanut butter
